• Vermont is fully open. All restrictions have been lifted and now serve as guidance.
Vaccines are still being distributed and are encouraged for those not yet vaccinated.
The full plan, with all revisions and updates is outlined
    HERE.

    Booster Shots
The rollout for booster shots (an additional third dose of protective vaccine) is underway for those who have previously had two doses of the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson. Vaccines for children, aged 5-11 are also approved! At this time, booster shots are available for most people, and people with additional health issues, provided your last dose of vaccine was at least 6 months ago.
Bring your vaccine card with you!

Vermonters can sign up for an appointment on the state Department of Health’s website. Those who haven’t been vaccinated through the state registration system, can’t speak English or require other assistance can call 855-722-7878 to register.
The website will also list locations where booster shots will be administered.

    Masks
Vermont has adopted the CDC Guidance around masks. Currently, masks are recommended in indoor settings, even if you are fully vaccinated. Un-vaccinated people are still asked to wear a mask, until they are 2 weeks out from their second dose of vaccine. Business owners may set their own guidance as to the wearing of masks but indoor masking is recommended. The state Health Commissioner advises keeping a mask on hand to wear in large groups or crowds, or in situations that make one uncomfortable without a mask.
