Woodcock Walk
Join refuge volunteer, Greg Simard on a woodcock walk at the Stephen Young Marsh area. American woodcock have a unique and intriguing courtship display that incorporates an aerial figure 8 display and ground level calling. The courtship display occurs near sunset and into the early evening hours.

Participants will meet at the Tabor Rd. parking lot located one mile south off of RT. 78 on Tabor Rd. The area is identified by a sign labeled “Refuge Trails Parking”.
