    Vermonters can sign up for an appointment for vaccine or booster on the state Department of Health’s website.
    Those requiring assistance can call 855-722-7878 to register for a vaccine or booster.
    The website will also list locations where vaccines and booster shots will be administered.

  • Update on Crossing the Border to Canada
    Tests are no longer required to cross the border into or out of Canada. You must download the ARRIVE CAN app, to be used to provide vaccination proof and to pre-report planned trips over the border. If you have accessibility needs, you should use the web version of ArriveCAN. The web version meets all Government of Canada accessibility and W3C WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
