Governor Phil Scott has issued a statewide mandate that will require all people over 2 years old, with some exceptions, to wear facial coverings in public areas when physical distancing is not possible.
    The mandate is effective August 1, 2020. If you are visiting Vermont or plan to do so in the future, please be advised of this mandate.

    The Chamber office is now open Monday - Thursday from 9am - 3pm.
    We will remain in compliance with the State and CDC guidance around Covid-19 safety and will ask that guests respect this.

    Check in points throughout the City include Taylor Park by the large monument, Houghton Park, St. Albans City Elementry School, Franklin County Senior Center, Barlow Street Playground.
