Collins, Inc. is pleased to offer a group discount of $.10 off the market price per gallon for your participation in this program as a member of the Franklin County Regional Chamber of Commerce or employee associated with  to purchase home heating products ( #2 fuel oil & #1 stove oil Kerosene) from our company.  In addition to this group discount there will be an additional $.10 off at the time of payment.  The employees who have a charge account with Clarence Brown will have 15 days from date of delivery to receive the additional $.10 off per gallon with approved credit.
