• Vermont is fully open. All restrictions have been lifted and now serve as guidance. The State of Emergency will be allowed to expire.
Business owners and individuals are encouraged to follow the guidance that allows them the most comfort level.
Vaccines are still being distributed and are encouraged for those not yet vaccinated.
The full plan, with all revisions is outlined

Vermont has adopted the CDC Guidance around masks. Masks are not required if vaccinated in any setting not requiring a mask. Un-vaccinated people are still asked to wear a mask, until they are 2 weeks out from their second dose of vaccine. Business owners may set their own guidance as to the wearing of masks. The state Health Commissioner advises keeping a mask on hand to wear in large groups or crowds, or in situations that make one uncomfortable without a mask.
