• IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUT OF STATE VISITORS
    Governor Phil Scott has issued a statewide mandate that will require all people over 2 years old, with some exceptions, to wear facial coverings in public areas when physical distancing is not possible. The mandate was put into effect on August 1, 2020. If you are visiting Vermont or plan to do so in the future, please be advised of this mandate.

    Event Description:
    'Tour' a series of three socially-distanced "pop-up" exhibitions located outside the museum, featuring historic images and documents as well as original murals by local artist Chloe Viner. Themes will vary and include historical perspectives on: the women's suffrage and reform movements (co-presented with the Lake Champlain Basin Program), Central Vermont Railway & the "Rail City," historic agriculture & architecture in Franklin County, French-Canadian heritage, St. Albans Bay, community medical history, and more. Complimentary reservations are required - there will only be a limited number of "walk-up" tickets available.
