Groove is a powerful yet surprisingly simple method to movement, and mindfulness. No complex and or intimidating choreography. We use simple rhythm movements combined with great music to get you moving authentically, and creatively. In this class you will be guided to relax, enjoy, and explore different creative options, and then finishing with 5 minutes of mindful stillness. There is no right or wrong way to Groove! All are welcome regardless of fitness levels, experience, and or age! Currently, St. Albans has the only Groove floors.
