Governor Phil Scott has issued a statewide mandate that will require all people over 2 years old, with some exceptions, to wear facial coverings in public areas when physical distancing is not possible. The mandate was put into effect on August 1, 2020. If you are visiting Vermont or plan to do so in the future, please be advised of this mandate.

    Event Description:

    A scaled-down, Covid-compliant version of Franklin County's most popular holiday celebration. This event will require (free) tickets, purchased in advance. Times will be staggered to avoid bottle-necks. Attendees will be guided through booths, games, activities and more. Masks required, please.

    *Please note: We will not be holding the traditional downtown trick or treat this year!
