The State of Emergency has expired.
Business owners and individuals are encouraged to follow the guidance that allows them the most comfort level and to feel free to set their own individual preferences and rules.

The full plan, with all revisions and updates is outlined

    Masks

Vermont has adopted the CDC Guidance around masks. Masks are not required if vaccinated in any setting not requiring a mask. Un-vaccinated people are still asked to wear a mask, until they are 2 weeks out from their second dose of vaccine. Business owners may set their own guidance as to the wearing of masks. The state Health Commissioner advises keeping a mask on hand to wear in large groups or crowds, or in situations that make one uncomfortable without a mask.
